Legacy Real Estate Developers Scores Major Win with Sale of Former Casio Headquarters in Dover

FAIRFIELD, N.J., June 09, 2026 — Legacy Real Estate Developers has completed the successful sale of the former Casio America headquarters building at 570 Mount Pleasant Avenue in Dover, New Jersey, marking a major milestone for the rapidly growing commercial real estate firm and another high-profile transaction for the Frassetto family’s expanding real estate platform.

The 126,108-square-foot industrial and office property was sold to Z Transportation Inc., a privately owned freight and logistics company, which plans to utilize the property as its corporate headquarters.

The transaction caps off a strategic value-add investment executed by Legacy Real Estate Developers in partnership with Saddleback Real Estate Developers and Commerce Park Investors.

The property was purchased in October 2025 and sold just months later—making it a very successful transaction for the partnership.

Originally acquired by the partnership through an all-cash transaction, the property was repositioned and sold in less than a year following a targeted strategy focused on speed, certainty of execution, and identifying a user capable of maximizing the building’s long-term potential.

Elli Klapper, Executive Vice President of CBRE, represented the seller in the transaction, while Dan Whitehead of Resource Realty represented the purchaser. The ownership team was represented by attorney Jason Rubin of Schenck Price Smith & King LLP.

Located on 22.8 acres with direct access to Interstate 80, the property features approximately 70,000 square feet of warehouse space and 60,000 square feet of office space.

As part of the transaction process, the ownership team secured local planning approvals tied to Z Transportation’s operational requirements for the site, including parking and circulation modifications designed to support the company’s long-term use of the property.
